We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED. If “Credit Card Online” is selected as the payment methods then the details on the Customers Id ( Card holders ID) should exactly match that of the credit card used to make the purchase.

Pricing

Sumeru reserves the right to change prices in the general online catalogue and to do so without notice. Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. Any applicable VAT will be displayed at the checkout stages. Prices charged will be those in place at time of confirmation of order. Special offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We do everything to ensure that the prices on our website is correct from items selling on a physical store, and we try to keep our prices constant. Sometimes we need to change the cost of a product, either up or down. If an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, SUMERU shall maintain the right to refund or cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.

Force Majeure

Sumeru are not liable in any way for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its control

Washing Instructions

All washing & care instructions of the garments supplied by Sumeru Industries must be strictly complied with. The Sumeru Industries accept no liability whatsoever for any garments for which the washing & care instructions have not been adhered to

Payment

The School Uniform Specialists are under no obligation to accept or honor any order regardless of whether payment has been received. All online orders are to be paid by debit / credit card at the moment of confirmation of order.

Title

The title of any goods purchased shall not pass to the customer until payment in full has been made to Sumeru Industries.

Screens

Screens remain the property of Sumeru Industries.

Shortfalls / Quality Issues

Any shortfalls or quality complaints must be notified in writing to The Sumeru Industries Specialists within 48 hours of delivery.

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service). Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the UAE Governing Law.

Refund Policy

We do not Entertain any Sales refund.

Exchange Policy

We are happy for customers to exchange garments as long as the following conditions are met:
  

•  The garments are returned as new and in the same state as they were received (unless faulty)
•  The garments must be unworn (unless faulty)

•  The garments must be unwashed (unless faulty)

•  No name tape must have been applied to the garments (unless faulty)



Only one-time exchange is possible within 30 days from purchase with original invoice and all the condition should be met as per exchange policy.

For exchange you can visit our store where the particular school uniform is available, Not all the stores will entertain the exchange if that school uniform is not available there. Sumeru have all rights to reject any exchange request made by customer.
