We do not Entertain any Sales refund.

Exchange Policy

We are happy for customers to exchange garments as long as the following conditions are met:
  

•  The garments are returned as new and in the same state as they were received (unless faulty)
•  The garments must be unworn (unless faulty)

•  The garments must be unwashed (unless faulty)

•  No name tape must have been applied to the garments (unless faulty)



Only one-time exchange is possible within 30 days from purchase with original invoice and all the condition should be met as per exchange policy.

For exchange you can visit our store where the particular school uniform is available, Not all the stores will entertain the exchange if that school uniform is not available there. Sumeru have all rights to reject any exchange request made by customer.
