What is the Exchange process?
Unused products can be exchanged up to 30 days after purchase. The goods must be returned ‘as new’ in their original packaging including all tags, labels etc.

How long will my order take?
Usually in stock items will arrive 2-3 working days after the order is placed, if your order is out of stock we will contact you within 24 hours and let you know.
Can I order samples?
We do not deliver Samples
Can I exchange an item?
If you wish to make an exchange the item in other sizes you can visit our Store. You can exchange the item within 30 days from purchase and only 1 time exchange is possible
Can I change/cancel my order?
Unfortunately once an order is processed on our website it cannot be changed or cancelled.
How much is delivery?
AED 20 - AED 25 within the UAE.
How is my order dispatched?
By courier.
If my selection is ‘backordered’ what happens?
Occasionally, a product is more popular than we anticipated and we temporarily run out-of-stock. When that happens, we will immediately notify you via email with the anticipated shipping date. We can ship all ordered items as they become available, or hold until order is complete - you decide.
